Hotel Bellevue - Lucerne

Don't think twice about getting the continental breakfast-it's really filling! 🍞

After traveling extensively, we were welcomed to Bellevue by exceptional service by friendly and helpful staff. The room for three was very comforting, clean and with an inspiring view of the lake and and mountains from our balcony. The breakfast gave many options and was great for our needs. The bus stop was very near the hotel which made it easy to get into the remarkable "old city". Free access to a spa was available in the nearby hotel, however we did not have time to take advantage of it. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer in this most lovely hotel with so many places to visit in the extraordinarily beautiful city and the beach side lake of Lucerne.

Even though the hotel had the best price around the area in the height of summer, it was high for our budget. However, we found Switzerland to be the highest priced country we visited.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the lake and the mountains. The room is reasonably spacious and very well furnished with balcony, the property features an outdoor bar onsite...

Convenient parking available. We had dinner at a great restaurant that didn't break the bank. the location was perfect, with amazing views - we could walk everywhere we wanted to 🌟.

Easy access by bus 124 from Zurich HBF. Room is clean & tidy. Very near to Lucern Lake, we can take a walk there. Separate bath room & toilet, convenient for more people to stay.

Air Condition not strong enough, very stuffy at night.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Direct bus no 24 from train station only 15 mins. Ok sized room

A bit noisy from the traffic on the main road, try to get rooms on the higher floors which also has a better view of the lake

Booked a sextuple room with bunk beds, enjoyed the wonderful view of the mountains and balcony. the location was stunning, right next to Lake Lucerne, the city center, and public transport.

Excellent Breakfast , Very cozy ,family kind of Hotel. good facilities by partner hotel hermitage.

just need some revamping of front facade. slightly costlier for family room

They hqve a good service qnd the hotel staff are friendly. The quad room is very comfortable and have a good location.

The hotel is quaint and functional, located conveniently near the gondolas. the staff are very caring and the room is bright with a perfect view of the lake and Mount Pilatus. the decor is great.

The hotel staff are exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great and there were free daily coffee vouchers. The location is a few Kms out of town, but I liked this as it was overlooking the mts and was quiet. There is also access to the Hotels facilities across the road which is fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Services, staffs, facilities, location, etc, etc of the Hotel Bellevue are superb!! Myself and friends were really enjoy staying at the hotel while we're in Luzern. All were just perfect - thanks again to the hotel team for your terrific hospitality extended to us.

The bus connection to the nearby city was super convenient, making it easy for us to explore. The availability of cheap car parking saved us a ton of money. And let's talk about the room - it had a jaw-dropping balcony! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect and the rooms were comfortable. The fact that they provided a portable fan in the room was a mind-blowing surprise. We were only 10 minutes away from the city and the practical parking made it even better. The lake view from our room on the third floor was absolutely stunning. Despite the age of the building, it was spotlessly clean. We even received a free upgrade since the hotel was empty. Though the breakfast buffet was small, it was more than enough for a quick bite. The room itself had plenty of space for our luggage and the bathroom, although small, was clean. The hotel also provided free wi-fi and had amenities like a coffee shop, picnic area, flat-screen TV, and express check-in and check-out. They even had activities like hiking, golf, and tennis available. Plus, they allowed pets and had a strict no-smoking policy on-site. The icing on the cake was when the staff asked about our plans and surprised us with a voucher for a local attraction and some cool hats. our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

the staff - ms marlen and ms anna were hospitality personified. very warm, always explaining and helping. also very prompt and efficient. the hotel itself was neat, clean, comfortable and easy-priced/ it was also accessible to the city and suburbs. we had a good time

this is more about the credit card which the hotel pre-authorised and held. then 1 week before we undertook the trip, we got a mail saying a second check yielded the card was not good, and reservation was cancelled. i had to email and phone back to reinstate the room.when checking out, the card was apparently okayed for a transaction involving the whole amount, but the hotel said they did not receive the amount and i had to pay cash. this left the uneasy feeling of a double payment hvg been effected, and i have to still check this has not happened.hopefully all is well, but i do believe if this is the case, i will get a refund. You need to look into cases like these and work out a system!

On arrival we were met by a very plesant, courteous lady who made us feel very comfortable. Gave useful briefing on the facilities available and the use of public transport.

All went well.
